Retail online customers

Returns and exchanges are allowed if requested/returned within 5 business days of receiving your order. Return shipping and re-shipping cost is your responsibility. Only goods still packaged with no price labels and in new re-sellable condition are accepted. No credits are made until our quality control department receives/reviews returned item.

 

Wholesale Partners

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, but under some special circumstances we make exceptions and offer you an exchange/return for store credit (no cash refunds). In these special cases the wholesale customer is responsible for return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. Only goods still packaged with no price labels and in new re-sellable condition are accepted. No credits are made until our quality control department receives/reviews returned item.
